(2) Names of the members of said CODIs; (3) How many complaints have been received falling under COD! mandate, (4) What actions were taken on such complaints. if any: (5) How many complaints were resolved satisfactoriy: and (6) How many complaints wore refered to an external judiclal or administrative body {or further appropriate action, and status. (7) Any relevant data, comment, suggestions to enhance the implementation of RA. 7877 in HEIs. ‘Tre Reports should be submitted to the undersigned through the CHED Regional Offices on or before March 20.2011.
