Evaluation of teaching Post Lesson Review


Strengths

The book and the organizer very well engaged the students. They loved coming up with
their own ideas to write about.
The students were very creative in their ideas and writing.
They loved to share their writing.






Areas for further development

The students struggled a little with the difference between a reason and an example.
The students need more work on their full stops at the end of sentences.
Some students needed a lot of handholding.

What are the implications for your future teaching and pupil learning

Next time I would do a better job explaining the difference between example and reason.
I would also make sure to remind students to use full sentences and end with a full stop.
I think they understand persuasive writing fairly well and are ready for advertisments.
