Cure For Lower Back Pain

PAVANA MUKTHASANA
- Place the heels close to the perineum
- Keep the knees upright
- Hold the knees with the hands
- Press the knees against the chest

NADI SHUDDHI KUMBHAKA


- Inhale through the left nostril
- Do not hold
- And Exhale through the right nostril
- Again inhale through the right nostril and exhale through left
- Do it 21 times
NAGA KUMBHAKA
- Swallow the air very slowly and let the air go little by little like eating rice, morsel by morsel
- One you are full, immediately put your chin on the chest and hold your nostrils
- Do both and hold as long as you can
- When you cannot hold anymore, exhale slowly slowly from the throat through the mouth
- Do this 21 times
PRAKRITHI KUMBHAKA

KRITTI SHRESHTA KUMBHAKA

- Look intensely
- When you cannot hold anymore, relax and exhale slowly
- Do this 21 times
