Established five Model Police Stations in Gulbahar, University Town, Faqirabad, Nowshera
and Mardan.
Established five womens desks in Gulbahar, University Town, Faqirabad, Mardan and
Nowshera.
Established five Community Policing Forums (CPFs) in Gulbahar, University Town, Faqirabad,
Nowshera and Mardan.
Community Policing Forum organised 63 meetings.
Developed Khyber Pakhtunkhwas first Government-Citizen Forum and organised 10 GCF
meetings to date.
Developed KPs first Police Prosecution Coordination Unit in Peshawar which deals with cases
from all model police stations.
Provided Police with their first Mobile Forensic Van for Peshawar.
Trained 123 Community Based Dispute Resolution mediators and 754 cases have been
resolved through these mediators.
Reached out to approx. 23,752 people through direct community awareness sessions on
citizen rights and responsibilities in the Security and Justice sector.
Established 22 Beat Level Organisations across 5 districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Organised 61 consultations with relevant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government authorities to
support Aitebaars legislative, procedural and policy reforms.
Developed 17 procedural documents pertaining to police, prosecutions, probation and
parole.
Installed Management Information System (MIS) in seven model police stations.
Disseminated 28 research products with stakeholders to support evidence based decision
making.
Provided 100 prisoners legal representation.
