I request for the United States Army Board and Military Panel, to look into these incidents and grant me a hearing at the
"Pentagon" in Washington, DC., to stop these deadly incj-dents
and cl-ear up my name and remove my name wrongfully l-isted as a
mental patient by the VA Dr. Gaylek Stewart mistake in the VA
computers throughout the United States of America.
Hopefully, the United States Army Board and Military Panel will recommend my name to be moved out of the VA computers
across America as a mental patient and stop the deadly incidents
from contlnuing.

Dr. Mudd, a white male, was granted a hearing at the Pentagon. I shoul-d be granted a hearing at the Pentagon or The
White Erouse too because as of September, 2015 the mental condition sti1l falsely hanging over my head and including a (red
flag) in my VA recond throughout the United States of Amerj-ca.,
is very emotionally to me.
