Describe the extent to which this teacher collaborates with others to advocate for the students. Mr, Hart attended and provided input with members of the 2 Grade team during planning periods and Professional Learning Community meetings to provide detailed and engaging instructional lessons for the class sessions. 2, Describe the extent to which this teacher is an active participant in the professional learning community and works to achieve organizational goals in order to make the entire school a positive and productive learning environment for the students. ‘Mr. Hart attended all Tuesday Academy- Professional Development sessions with the entire teaching and administrative staff, attended all team- 2" grade Professional Development meetings and he attended all training sessions provided by the District level as it relates to the 2"! Grade. 3 Mr. Hart was very eloquent and precise when engaging with the students of Brookdale Elementary ‘School on a daily basis. He provided clear and detailed information when interacting with not only the students but with all the faculty, staff and stakeholders of the District. 4. Describe the teacher's professional demeanor and behavior. Mr. Hart was a complete professional in all aspects of his attendance at Brookdale Elementary School. He was consistently attentive to the needs of each and every one of his students and brought a genuine approach to his method of teaching, He was/is very genuine in his approach to engaging with anyone he came into contact with on a daily basis.
