about their assigned country, with at least a mid level grade in the Novice category according to

Opening (state objectives, connect to previous learning, and make relevant to real life)
T will start the class greeting the students at the door with Spanish phrases, then S will begin their bellwork quietly at their desk,
T will explain to the students the objectives and expectations while they work on bellwork. Once bellwork is done transition to Instructional
practice will begin.

Alternate Assignment: Students not willing to present information to the class will have to create an online presentation using Prezi to submit at
the same time the presentations are due.

Co-T will teach the students in depth how to effectively use the 3 Ps model for each country and how to find the information required for the 3
Ps.
Differentiation Strategy
S who cannot work in groups have the option to work on a presentation themselves or the alternate assignment provided.
T will work with students who are working on alternate assignment making sure they will be successful.

T will inform students that posters are due by the end of the class period but presentations for the poster will begin the
following class.
T will end the class by facilitating an open discussion about the different countries & what the students liked & disliked
about each culture and how they compare to their own culture or beliefs, really trying to provoke critical thinking and
comparisons.
