To whom it may concern,
The purpose of this letter is to support the teaching and leadership skills of Alida Trocke-Fowler.
Serving as her university supervisor has professionally acquainted me with Alida Trocke-Fowler.
Alida began her student teaching responsibilities at Morris Elementary in Des Moines, Iowa
working with 3rd grade children She will complete her student teaching experience at Jordan
Creek Elementary in West Des Moines, Iowa working with 5th grade students.
Alida has quickly established a reputation as an extremely capable and effective student teacher.
She consistently displays qualities of initiative and professionalism among her peers. Her
enthusiasm, conscientious and genuine concern for education is exemplary. She is an articulate
communicator and possesses the highest level of professional commitment and competency in
her work with students and colleagues. In the complexities of todays schools, Alida is a true
treasure and emulates what best practices represent.
Alida Trocke-Fowlers character is flawless. She is a model educator, leader, and represents those
qualities all administrators hope their teacher's possess. Her positive attitude and love of
students are reflected in the excellent quality of her responsibilities that she maintains while
working with young adults every day. Most of all, Alida has a pleasing personality and a big
smile for everyone.
Alidas leadership style is one of modeling behavior and encouraging input from others. She will
use her ability to relate to others and her intelligence to resolve problems. She appears to be very
goal-oriented and has direction for her life.
In conclusion, I would give my highest recommendation for Alida Trocke-Fowler. Every now
and then a young educator comes around who truly makes a difference with students. Alida is
one of those people. She would definitely be one of my first selections to interview for a teaching
position.
