    Dear Mrs Hawley
    Mr Donald Bateson asked me to write an email to tell you more about the Directors
    decision to purchase of videoconferencing equipment.
    I think this is not a wasting of money. Later we can improved the staff facilities from
    the saved money.
    You have to paid for the videoconferencing equipment just once, then you can save
    money.
    This is cheaper way because you do not travel to your business partners. It is not
    necessary to stay in a hotel for several days and other savings.
    I understand you worries because you like meeting people face-to-face and personally.
    Mr Donald Bateson would like to discuss the issues with you at 11. 30 on Wednesday
    next week, If the suggestion is appropriate for you as well.
