o Overview and explanation of pre-survey results
o Review of Prezi presentation with commentary (includes sharing
creative ways to use google forms)
o Pass out handouts (google reference guide and assignment)
Work Session 11:16-11:50
o Step by step walk through of creating a google form on Smart Board
o Participants will create a google form using documents brought in
o One on one support and assistance as needed
Closing 11:50-12:00
o Submit links for created forms using Google Form
o Ticket out the door: Complete workshop survey
o Show & Tell (if time permits)-allow teachers to share their created
forms and/or ideas for additional forms, activities, etc. using Google
Forms
