Palak Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken 1 /2 Kg (cut into desired pieces)
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tblsp
Roasted Cumin Powder -1 tsp
Curd 4 tblsp
Ginger Garlic Green Chilly paste 1 tblsp
Palak (Spinach) 1/2 packet
Green Chilly 2
Big Onion -1 (finely chopped)
Tomato -1 (finely chopped)
Oil/Butter- 2tblsp
Salt as needed
Method
Mix Coriander Powder, Garam Masala ,Cumin Powder ,Ginger garlic Paste, Curd and
little salt to the cleaned Chicken and let it rest for 1/2 hour.
Wash the Palak (Spinach) and saut it with green Chillies and pour little water and cook
for 5 minutes and allow it to cool.
Heat oil/butter in a deep vessel and saute onions until golden brown.
Add the tomatoes and saute until it comes as a gravy.
Now add the marinated chicken into the pan and little water.(If available You can use the
left out water from cooked spinach also)
Let it boil until chicken is cooked.
Now grind the cooked spinach in the blender by adding little water to get a paste.
Add the Palak (Spinach) paste into the chicken pan.Adjust salt as per taste.
Let it cook fo 5 more minutes.
Now garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
Serve it with hot chapathi,parrota or any fried rice.
