Write a paragraph on each of the following: 1. What did you learn about lifelong wellness from taking this activity class? I learned that fitness is a lifelong process. It encompasses everything you do in your life and should be included in all your decisions. You have to make time for exercise to allow your body to function properly. What you take in and the activity you do matters much more than entertainment or other non-physical activities.
2. How would you apply this information to your life?
Making exercise a behavior is of extreme importance. When you make something part of your routine then you give it a priority. If something is your routine you rarely skip it. If exercise is just a thought and not part of your schedule daily then you miss it.
3. What is your intention to continue to exercise in your life and why?
I intend to make physical activity part of my normal routine. My family follows my example so as I do so do they. We will include activity as part of our schedule to begin making it part of our life. As we do this we will not only help our physical health we we also help our mental and social health.
