Group C Individual Assignment: Newspaper cutting (10%) 1. Get any recent job advertisement in a local newspaper either in Bahasa Malaysia or English. 2. Analyze the advertisement carefully and decide whether the advertisement comes under traditional or realistic recruitment based on concepts and ideas as discussed during the lectures. 3. Provide THREE (3) justifications to support your opinions. 4. Identify ONE (1) major strength and ONE (1) major weakness of the advertisement 5. Provide ONE (1) recommendation on how to improve the existing advertisement. 6. The report must be in either BM or English including references (proper referencing is required). 7. The report must be in a presentable manner (e.g. cut the paper clipping and glue it on a page, followed by your comments on another page).
