    Dear Cleo,
    You are a vital part of the AVID system in Saint Paul Public Schools which is why it is
    necessary you show up for work and if that is not possible email, the lead tutor, teacher
    and AVID coordinator regarding your absence in a timely manner as stated in either the
    St. Paul Public Schools AVID Tutor Agreement or District Tutor Policies.
    Our students count on their tutors to be here on tutorial days so that they can get the most
    out of their tutorial. You have been talked to about punctuality and letting us know on
    multiple occasions, and due to those behaviors not changing, we are forced to terminate
    your employment at Highland Park Senior High School for the remainder of the year.
