Jan 2015-Current

I currently oversee the healthcare of 12-24 residents, depending on the facility's needs. This
healthcare includes administration of medications and treatments, documentation of
healthcare given to the resident throughout their stay, over-seeing the care provided by 2-4
CNAs, and assisting CNAs and residents with any and all ADL's or personal requests. This care
also includes collaborating with other nursing and medical staff of my own facility and various
other facilities. Most important of all is creating an atmosphere wherein residents can feel
comfortable and at home.

2008-2010

As a foster parent I fostered over 7 youth in my home. Through this I learned patience,
managerial skills, and how to care for and love someone who wasnt related to me by blood.

As office manager, I performed traditional receptionist work. I was also responsible for payroll,
billing, and accounts receivable. Here I learned excellent social skills, organizational skills, and
