Applications

High-quality and low-carbon Belgo Bekaert wires having very low

content of phosphorus (P) and sulfur (S) which assures superior
mechanical properties to the welding bead.

Rigid structures, naval construction, pressure vessels, specific

joints of high-strength steels, as well as for the mechanical industry, field welding, general equipment maintenance, and metal
frameworks.

Coating
Special components to ensure low contents of hydrogen in the
deposited metal, with addition of iron powder for productivity gain.

In the horizontal/flat position, the E 7018 has

a slightly convex profile, smooth surface, and fine finish.
For best results, the arc length must be kept at a minimum.
