Greetings!
The researchers conducting the research entitled Conservation/Preservation
Practices of Natural Resources and Cultural Practices in the Province of Guimaras
would like to present these questionnaires for answering.
This questionnaire will serve as an instrument for the research. This research
we are conducting is a requirement in Sociology 101 Society and Culture with
Family Planning.
This questionnaire serves only the purpose of providing information and
responses to the researches. The researchers assure the respondents that any data
gathered from these questionnaires will be used in strict confidentiality. No part of
these questionnaires will be revealed to anyone, unless authorized by the
respondent.
This questionnaire is divided into (3) three sections: Personal Information;
Conservation/Preservation of Natural Resources; and Cultural Practices.
