AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $240.00 (zero dollars) from the Goods & Services-
Miscellaneous account (6272-0100-07) for special elections during the 2005-2006 school year.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. The allocation of $240.00 for the purpose of hiring poll workers.
• $7.50 per hour for 32 hours.

STATEMENT OF FACT: If the election board is not full, this money would be for the purpose
of hiring poll workers at the above hourly rate. The student body will benefit from
having polling stations run by informed workers enforcing election code in a uniform
fashion.
