AN ACT Relating to: The allocation of $1764.00 (one thousand seven hundred and sixty four dollars) from the
Student Events Pool (6272-0200-03) for a dodgeball tournament, dunk tank and pizza feed in conjunction with
Cougar Pride Day, March 30th, 2006.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE ASWSUV SENATE:

Sec. 1. An allocation of $1764.00 (one thousand sixty-four dollars) for Cougar Pride Day events.
• Set of official NADA balls $129.00
• NADA training DVD $17.00
• NADA rule book $3.00
• NADA ball bag $15.00
• Dunk Tank $300.00
• Pizza $900.00
• Miscellaneous $400.00
Total: $1764.00

STATEMENT OF FACT: Advertisements will read “Co-sponsored by ASWSUV” in 14-point font or font equal to
the average size lettering on the advertisement, for all advertising for the event(s) as required by ASWSUV
By-Laws (260.12). Cougar Pride Day is an annual campus event in which all students and faculty are
invited to participate in spring cleaning of the entire WSU Vancouver campus. The dodgeball tournament,
dunk tank and pizza feed are kick off events to encourage participation in Cougar Pride Day activities. Any
unused funds will be returned to the Student Events Pool.
