if not, you've done something wrong

Something I just did to help my game's general smoothness. Doing this below keeps me at 60
FPS more often and really smooths the game out when looking around in general directions (no
skipping or stuttering).

1) Install NVSE, NVAC, and NVSR

2) Disable the game's VSync both in the launcher and in the Fallout_default.ini. Do this by
setting iFPSClamp=0 and iPresentInterval=0.
3) Edit the stutter remover INI and enable FPS management and set maximum FPS to 60.
4) Done!

In caz de probleme cu Disk overloaded, setati in Advanced - Disk write cache size - 512, si
mariti pana la 1500, la nevoie.
