Pizza Dough #2

For 1 medium pizza:


¾ c. very warm water 1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. baking yeast ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. honey ¼ c. additional water (if needed)
2 c. whole wheat flour

For 2 large pizzas:


1 7/8 c. warm water 2 ½ Tbsp. olive oil
2 ½ Tbsp. baking yeast 2 ¼ tsp. salt
3 tsp. honey ½ c. + 2 Tbsp. additional water if needed
5 c. whole wheat flour

In a mixing bowl, dissolve yeast in water and honey for 8-10 minutes. Add all the rest of
the ingredients and mix well. On sprayed pizza pans put dough in middle and place
plastic wrap on top. Roll and mold it all out to the edges. Remove plastic wrap. Preheat
oven to 425 degrees. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Add favorite toppings and then bake again
(@ 300 degrees) until heated through and veggies are cooked.
