16 whole wheat stuffing shells 1 ½ c. Quick & Easy Cheese Sauce 1 lb. frozen spinach/1/2 c. water 2 –2 ½ c. spaghetti sauce 1 pkg. Mori Nu tofu ½ - ¾ c. cheese sauce ½ tsp. salt sliced olives Cook whole wheat pasta shells until done. Place in sprayed baking dish. Cook frozen spinach in water on low until water is evaporated. Mix spinach, tofu, salt, and cheese sauce. Stuff into pasta shells. Pour spaghetti sauce over top of stuffed shells and top with remaining cheese sauce. Garnish with sliced olives. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.

12 whole wheat stuffing shells 1 ½ c. cheese sauce 1 lb. frozen spinach/1/2 c. water or 1 ½ c. spaghetti sauce 2 c. cooked spinach Cook whole wheat pasta shells until done. Place in sprayed baking dish. Cook frozen spinach in water on low until water is evaporated. Mix spinach and cheese sauce. Stuff into shells. Each shell holds 3 – 4 Tbsp. filling. Cover with spaghetti sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes.
