IMPORTANT CHOIR NOTES!

Dear choir families,

Our BIG CONCERT DAY is just around the corner!! Heres everything
you need to know:
CONCERT DAY: THURSDAY, DECEMBER 17th:
10:00am: Students perform for the school. They should wear their
choir shirts and jeans or dark pants to school!!
3:45-5:00pm- LAST rehearsal in music room
5:00-5:40pm- Pizza Party Celebration!
5:40-6:00pm- Head downstairs to cafeteria to warm-up
6:00pm- Concert for parents in cafeteria!
NATIONAL ANTHEM FOR DU HOCKEY GAME: JANUARY 22nd:
We have been invited to sing the national anthem for a DU hockey
game (my alma mater!) The game is against Minnesota Duluth at
Magness Arena. Game starts at 7:35pm, but meeting time is still TBD.
In order for your student to participate, a ticket MUST be
purchased. This is a fundraiser for our school, so for every ticket, $5
goes to our school! Tickets are $20. We are very fortunate to have a
giving PTA, so if your student wants to participate and you need
financial aid, please let me know!!
For participation, fill out the form on the back of this note, and
attach cash or check made out to WCE for the amount of tickets that
you want for your family! Return it directly to ME, Mrs. Stacy, by
January 10th.
There will also be ONE rehearsal on Thursday, January 21st
3:45-4:45pm for all choir students who are participating in the
anthem. I hope you can participate in this exciting opportunity! These
tickets would make great holiday gifts!! ;) Please let me know if you
