Managing Garden for Food Pantry

Created and implemented the seeding, planting, and harvesting schedule

for a 500 square-foot garden plot used to provide free fresh food to a
student food pantry.
Managed and coordinated volunteers to assist in all aspects of garden
labor.

Community Nutrition Education

Volunteered at The Bridge of Northeast Florida teaching small nutrition

classes
Completed a grocery store tour at Earth Fare teaching people how to shop
healthy and eat smart on the run.
Volunteered at a local middle school teaching small nutrition classes and
showing them how to prepare simple and healthy snacks that taste good.
