GENERAL TERMS & CONDITION.

Fuel Supply Will be provided M/s China Harbour Engineering Company
Ltd.
Payment shall be made within 7 days after submission of invoice.
Validity for this offer is 30 days.
Mobilization of equipments will be after conforming the service order
From M/s CHECL
Rate quoted is 10 hours per day and 60 hours per week basis. Working
hours beyond Ten hours shall be considered as overtime and the
overtime rate shall be applicable as per Kuwait labour law.
