Dear Chris:
It has come to my attention that you are irritated at the continued lack of cleanliness in our
computer lab. As a concerned student I too am distraught at this total disregard for school pride.
I have come up with several options that could be of immense value.

Do not allow students to eat in the lab.

Shred any work left behind by careless students
Hose students down with cold water if they refuse to comply.
Students who continue to be messy should have 10% of their marks removed daily.

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to suggest these great ideas for making the
computer lab a better place to learn. If you have any further questions please dont hesitate to
contact me. Perhaps if we suggest the menu below, students will be forced to eat upstairs and
will not be tempted to come downstairs.
