Teacher cannot give lesson for students without lesson plan. If the teacher
give the students lesson without lesson plan, the lesson will not finish in a
good way. The teacher should have a lesson plan to do the lesson smoothly.
Also, that will help the teacher to finish in time.
In pre-reading, I showed students video about the story. I think, the video is a good activity, but my video
I chose it was not good. The video was long and a little bit boring. The students did not like it very much.
The video should be short, clear and fun. The next activity was, describe the new vocabulary words. This
activity worked well because that was made the story easy for them when they read. They did not founded
any difficulty word in the story. In the second stage which was while-reading, I let students read a part of
story in group. I thought, this activity worked well because the students well not need a long time to read
all the story. Also, if I let the students read all the story and tried to understood the story, we will lose the
class time. It is good if I let them to scam the story before let them read. That will help them to understand
peter. After the students read, I let the students discuss the story together. This activity worked well
because the students chair the main idea of the story together and they made the story clear for whole
class. Then, I asked students some question about story. For example, " What the issue in the story?" The
students wrote the answer in the paper. After that, we discuss the answer together . This activity worked
well because we made the story clear by answer the question. In the last stage, I let students to wrote a
plot of the story alone. This activity worked well because the students was interesting when they wrote
the plot. Moreover, this activity helped me to saw if the students understood the lesson or not.

The lesson plan is important and the teacher should not skip it. Lesson plan help the teacher to
finish the lesson smoothly. Also, it help the teacher to finish the lesson in the time and to not loss
the time.
