SPORT RELIEF 2010

What did YOU do?

Sport Relief - Did you know...
• £1 could pay for a volunteer to make a friendly
phone call to an isolated older person to help them
overcome the difficulties in their lives and feel
less alone.
• £1 could provide a street child in India with the
basic school materials they need to learn to read
and write.
•  £5 could feed 10 vulnerable children living on the
streets in India for one day.
• £8 could pay for 10 children in Uganda to be
tested for malaria so they can get a quick
diagnosis and receive the life-saving treatment
they desperately need.
• £10 could pay for a young person with an eating
disorder to talk to a support worker during a
crisis when they feel they have no one else to
turn to.
Sport Relief - Did you know...
• £12 could pay for a child living on the
streets in India to receive a medical
