    To!whom!it!may!concern,!
    Angela!started!at!ISP!in!August!2010!as!a!1st!Grade!teacher.!!She!joined!a!team!of!two!other!class!
    teachers!plus!a!specialist!teacher!for!the!English!language!learners.!!From!the!very!start!Angelas!
    strong!collaborative!skills!became!evident!as!she!immediately!became!a!highly!effective!and!
    supportive!member!of!the!1st!Grade!team.!!Angela!is!quiet!by!nature!but!is!always!able!and!
    willing!to!share!her!thoughts!and!opinions!in!a!constructive!and!appropriate!manner.!!I!know!she!
    was!and!is!a!highly!respected!member!of!her!team!and!of!the!larger!Elementary!School!team.!!In!
    August!2013!Angela!became!the!1st!Grade!team!leader!and!has!very!successfully!facilitated!all!the!
    team!meetings!and!curriculum!planning!times!during!the!past!5!months.!!She!has!excellent!
    interpersonal!skills!and!is!a!very!warm!and!gentle!person!which!makes!it!just!a!pleasure!to!work!
    alongside!her.!
    In!the!classroom!Angela!has!created!a!very!inclusive,!safe,!inviting!and!calm!environment.!!If!you!
    stood!in!her!doorway!you!would!see!the!children!engaged!and!focused!on!their!tasks.!!You!would!
    hear!the!quiet!babble!of!onStask!conversations!and!feel!an!atmosphere!of!contentment.!!All!the!
    children!in!her!class!are!without!exception!very!happy!to!be!there!and!excited!about!their!
    learning.!!Angela!has!such!a!caring!and!gentle!nature!that!every!year!we!have!placed!several!
    children!deliberately!in!her!class!who!we!know!will!need!this!special!kind!of!concern.!
    It!is!with!great!sadness!that!we!say!goodbye!to!Angela.!!We!do!not!want!her!to!leave!in!any!way!
    but!fully!support!her!decision!and!will!miss!her!greatly.!!In!this!letter!I!primarily!want!to!
    communicate!what!a!very!special!person!Angela!is.!!She!is!without!a!doubt!an!excellent!
    professional!teacher!with!all!the!necessary!skills!plus!more!and!I!would!not!hesitate!for!one!
    moment!to!reShire!her!or!to!completely!recommend!her!for!a!teaching!position!in!an!Elementary!
