MSU General Santos aims to be a globally competitive university committed to the

development and promotion of its special areas of concern namely: Engineering,
Fisheries, Agriculture, Education and Science and Technology while maintaining its
programs in Social Sciences and Business Administration to improve the quality of life
of the people in its service area.

MISSION OF MINDANAO STATE UNIVERSITY GENERAL SANTOS CITY

MSU General Santos shall provide trained and skilled human resources for the
development of SOCSKSARGEN and Southern Mindanao, and help improve the living
conditions of the Muslim and other Tribal communities.

TUNGUHIN NG PROGRAMANG AB FILIPINO

Inaasahan ng Programang AB Filipino na magkaroon ng:
1. Mahusay na Antas ng inobatibong proseso at gawaing pagtuturo-pagkatuto bilang
kursong panserbisyo sa lahat ng kolehiyo
sa MSU - GSC.
2. Mga Mag-aaral na may kakayahang makisabayan sa lokal man, Nasyunal at
Pandaigdigan.
3. Mapaunlad ang mga kaalamang may kinalaman sa mga gawaing panriserts at Midya
eksposyur.
LAYUNIN NG PROGRAMANG AB FILIPINO
Layunin ng Programang AB Filipino , MSU Fatima, GSC na Makpagpatapos ng mga
Mag-aaral na mahusay sa pakikipagtalastasan sa Wikang Filipino, Pasulat man o
pasalita sa ibat ibang pagkakataon at may sapat na kaalaman at kakayahan sa
pagtuturo ng Filipino bilang pangalawang Wika na naaayon sa Tunguhin ng CSSH.
