    OK, what is going on? I understood that while a dispute is before the TIO then the
    telecommunication provider doesnt seek to enforce the disputed bill. Well it seems to me that
    they couldnt care less about this or the TIO, something that is in my view habitually shown in
    the past.

    So, outgoing calls are prevented, so much if an emergency was to eventuate for which the mobile
    is specifically kept for, but the unlawful/illegal calls such as from 19904598 despite as DO NOT
    CALL listing is nevertheless permitted, likely also at a $6.60 charge!

    Dont you get it Vodafone is using you as an utter fool! So to say if they say jump you merely
    ask How high? if they permit you even to ask that! How can anyone respect you when this
    goes on and you let them! Remember the past overcharge they never refunded, and you let them!
    It is time you prove as it appears to me at the moment that you are not some puppet on a string!
