Their annual revenue is approximately $50 billion
They have many manufacturing units in India

Staffs were devastated

Many staffs at higher position left the
company

Cadbury has done many remarkable changes over


the years of its staff and their profits of being a
part of the company
It was difficult to point
its disadvantages in its HRM
Yet, it would be more better if
they encourage a flexible
behavior on staffs to counteract in the unfortunate
situations- so that
they stably support the company
