In the field of Exercise Science I personally believe that it is

important to remember the idea that Exercise Is Medicine. In my ESC


100 class we discussed this topic thoroughly. We discussed a few
points that support this claim. First is that just like any other medicine,
exercise can have drug facts. There is a way to give the exact dosage
and everything else that can be found out for medications. Another
piece of evidence that I would consider valuable to this point would be
the fact that exercise is a good way to prevent being sick/injury. It can
also be used as a tool to help prevent things like a second heart attack
or stroke. It is important going into a field such as exercise science to
keep this in mind. One of the big keys to a healthy life is exercise.
