Mechanical Analysis as follows:
The detail of scope of work as the following:
1. Scope of work:

We will analyze all pressure vessel parts i.e : head & shell thickness requirement,
nozzle, leg support, anchor bolt (if any), saddle support (if any), etc.

Pressure vessel mechanical analysis based on customer requirement code.

We will provide report and as built calculation until approved by customer.

2. Type of analysis:
Static analysis by using PV Elite, spreadsheet.
3. Design Limitation:
Static analysis only, we do not perform dynamic analysis.
4. Minimum data required:

Client/customer specifications.

Environmental data (seismic load, wind load, etc)

Pressure vessel boundary data (content of vessel, ID or OD of vessel, pressure,

temperature, no. of nozzle, etc)

General arrangement drawing in pdf or AutoCAD file.

5. Duration
We are able to submit the report within 1 weeks after all minimum required data sent to
us.
6. Price
Pressure Vessel analysis

: Rp. 20.000.000,7. Payment

Down payment (30% payment) should be settled after PO

1st payment (50% payment) should be settled after initial issue document sent
