The most exciting match up every year seems to always be against the tough
Woodside team of St. Sebastians. But Tri-M is not intimidated by St.
Sebastians impressive record. They are determined to one day claim the top
spot. Unfortunately, Fridays nights meet was not the night to do it but
still...Tri-M made some amazing wins swimming with get drive and energy.
We witnessed every level from Novice to Seniors give a good hustle. The
relays were so close the audience could not determine the winners. All night
we saw Tri-M put pressure on the St. Sebastian team swimming on par with
them. There was some amazing wins by the Junior and Seniors but the points
werent enough to bring the win.
Interestingly, Tri-M clocked in some of their best times this season in both
the individual and medley races. A testament to how Tri-M is gaining ground
on St. Sebastians. Although Tri-M lost this meet, they are no longer
swimming on the heels of the Woodside team but swimming neck in neck.
This brings their season to a respectable 4 Wins/1 Loss, losing only to the
Woodside team.
The boys will be getting ready this week to face off Good Shepherd on Friday
12/11/15. Be there to cheer them on!

2015 at Bayside High School located at 32-24 Corporal Kennedy Street
Bayside, NY 11361 $3.00 per person Check-in time 7:25 pm. Tri-M proudly
represents the Forest Hills parishes of Our Lady of Mercy and Our Lady
Queen of Martyrs.
