(Re)write your own (two page, double spaced, normal font please) King
Arthur legend, or an important scene from a legend with a modern
lens of your own design.
You may use any of the famous Arthurian characters and quests, and
add new elements if you desire (creative license is yours). Incorporate
your modern lens into the tone or plot direction of the story. The story
or scene should be logical and flowing, and good stories will change
interesting or subtle elements of the original Arthurian legend to
comment on them either humorously or seriously.

back to organize your thoughts.

Why is battle seen as a glorious affair?
What would be our modern response to magic and supernatural
events?

What is knightly honor and in what ways is it flawed?
What would be our response to the sword in the stone determining
kingship?
What further questions would we have about the lady in the lake?
What really happened when Arthur forgot Kays sword?
