for two rounds of oral and written interviews for the post of MANAGEMENT
TRAINEE in our division on the following terms and conditions:
1) You will be appointed as management trainee and based on your
performance you will get promotion as trainee manager. During this
period you can earn 12000 to 15000/- per month. Accommodation will
be provided free during training .Training will be for Eight
months at RUN INTERNATIONAL,2ndfloor,Rishikeshdham,Above Parihar
sweets,Parihar chowk,Aundh,Pune-411007.You will be assessed on
attendance,
performance,
attitude
or
any
other
parameters
communicated or may be applicable during your tenure.
2) Based on consistent performance and leadership qualities, you will
get promoted as ASST. MANAGER. During this period you can earn
35000/- to 40000/- per month.
3) Consistent performance of your team will determine your promotion
to the MANAGER position with earning potential starting
45000/- per
month as a manager.
