Roles and
responsibilities

Take kids
attandence.

The class

3.
Class teaching
(at circle time)

What you
observed
She made the kids
to post their
names on the
board to take
their attandance
and then she
count with them
whos absent on
that day.

She put two

baskets in the
classes and she
divided one
basket for girls
and the other one
for the boys, so
they can put their
files and stffus in
it.
She sings with the
kids like the
alphapets song as
a routine for
them, and then
she tell them a
story on a flip
chart.

Interpretations/comment
s
I liked it, because the
teacher had joined two
different things together
which is, when she let
them take their name
and post it (this is
improve that they will
relies themselves), and
when she count with
them which is gonna
make them learn how to
count which is includes
mathimatics.
I liked it, because this
can make the child learn
how to be organized and
keep his stuff in the
right place.

I liked it, because it can

make a good
relationship with the kid
and the teacher.

Roles and
responsibilities
4
Management in
the class

5
Deals with
parents

6:
Mange the duty in
the play ground

What you
observed
She used the
whisle to make
the kids pay
attention to her,
and she also tells
them to rais their
hands if they
want to answer
or talk to her.
She had dealed
with the mother
very well,
because of the
child who was
crying, and the
teacher talked to
the mother about
the crying
problem and they
were dealing
very good
togther.
She made two
raws, one for
girls and the
other one for
boys so they can
be organized.

Interpretations/comment
s
I didnt like the way she
was using the whisle, I
prefere if she used her
voice to let them
concertrate.
But I loved the way to
make them raise their
hands because that can
learn how to be
respectivle.
I really liked this point,
because the relationship
between the teacher
and the parents is very
important and it was a
good relationship
between the both sides.

I liked it, because it can

make it easirer for the
both sides and also it
can be good for the kids
to learn who to walk
together in the school
and out.
