Team Holiday Party

Dear Parents,
The holidays are approaching quickly and our classes want to celebrate this wonderful time of
the year. On Friday, December 18th, 2015 before we are dismissed for the winter break we will be
having a small party. We have discussed this with the students and they have decided to have
pizza and wings. We are asking each child to donate $2.50 to help cover the cost of the pizza
and wings. Each student is also asked to bring the checked item from below. This party will take
the place of their lunch so they will not need to buy or bring lunch on this day. Each student will
be allowed to have 3 slices of pizza and wings in addition to the other items brought for the

party. Money will be due by Wednesday, December 16th.

The students will also participate in an optional $5 Gift Card Exchange. This is
completely optional. If your student wants to participate, please bring a $5 gift card
from a local place on the day of the party. Students participating will decorate an
envelope and address it as follows- To: My Friend From: Sign their name. Children may
also dress in holiday PJs or attire on that day. (Please keep the school dress code rules in
mind). If time permits we will also watch a Childrens Animated Film- Rated either G or
PG.
