I am writing to inform you of my interest in the Masters of Administration/ Health Science
emphasis program at Northern Arizona University (NAU). It is with great pleasure that I submit
my application to the Master of Administration/ Health Science emphasis with applicable
documentation.
I currently hold my Bachelors of Science in Applied Indigenous Studies, a minor in Public
Health from Northern Arizona University, having graduated with a GPA with 3.0 I am ready to
continue my educational endeavors.
I developed an interest in Applied Indigenous Studies, a minor in Public Health when working
with my community, I have gained an understanding that Native Americans have a high
prevalence of Diabetes as well as the knowledge of the cultural and social backgrounds of the
Native American Urban population, I have the willingness to learn and the ability to successfully
integrate that knowledge into program activities. Given my education and experience, I am
confident that I am an excellent fit for NAU Masters of Administration/ Health Science
emphasis.
I have researched the program and determined that the coursework and research profile of the
University are a strong match. I am looking forward to have the opportunity to become one of
the future graduate student will work with you and serving the community I enjoy. Enclosed you

GRADUATE SCHOOL
The graduate school that I am pursuing is an online Masters of Administration/Health
Science with Northern Arizona University (NAU).
The online Masters of Administration and Health Science is designed for working health
professionals, the health science emphasis will prepare me to plan, implement, and evaluate
health promotion with health education programs. It will prepare me to serve in a professional
leadership, and administrative roles in health services organization.
This program is a perfect match for me because it allows me to earn my masters online
while I am earing my graduate degree. As well as improving my management skills and learning
more about health promotion, disease prevention.
