Preamble: Whereas $3,800,000,000,000 has been appropriated to the


U.S. fiscal budget and 64% of this budget goes towards the Mandatory
Spending which includes social security and unemployment and
disability benefits, and since the US is over 13 trillion dollars in debt
which is a number that continues to grow everyday,
SECTION 1: This act may be cited as, RED -SECTION 2: Social Security will be modified to reduce costs by 43% - Sub-SECTION A: The retirement age will be raised to 70 over 5
years, saving $80 billion.
Sub-SECTION B: Gradually reduce scheduled benefits with priceindex saving $150 billion.
Sub-SECTION C: Using a more accurate measure of COLA saving
$150 billion
o (A) Adding the chained CPI to offer a more accurate
measure of inflation.
Sub-SECTION D: Include all new state and local workers to pay
Social Security saving $90 billion.
Sub-SECTION E: Increase the amount of calculated years used to
38 years when calculating social security saving $70 billion.
SECTION 3: Reduce Unemployment and Disability benefits by at least
4% - Sub-SECTION A: Implement a more strict check system for people
who claim disability, saving money for those who are.
Sub-SECTION B: Any injuries not related to military services shall
not would not be eligible for Medical Benefits.
Sub-SECTION C: Gradually reduce Benefits by $50 billion in 20
