Above there is a list

of 68 names and
these names are the
black victims of
police brutality, this
is very unbelievable
and every single
individual in that list
was unarmed.

We all need to work

together to stop police
brutality

Studies show that African

American men in poor
neighborhoods are more affected
by police violence

The use of any kind of physical

force is by far the exception in
most policecitizen interactions

. In order to increase trust

in the community police
officers must constantly
strive to follow procedures.
This dynamic can leave to
differences in citizen and
police accounts

Why it is a problem?

The issue? Murders

happening to innocent
African Americans by
Police officers.

Recently I have noticed that

a lot of African Americans
have been shot and killed or
beaten and killed by
someone who is supposed
to protect the streets of
America. Now I am not
saying that all of the killings
by the police officers are
racial acts, however I do
believe that some of them
are because of racial beliefs
and to me we shouldnt
have people like that as our
protectors. I am scared to
go to places where my
family lives because I dont
know if I will be safe. Some
cities they cant even walk
outside their own homes
without seeing violence
rioting, police brutality,
kids being taken away
because their parents were

Justice is something we need,

justice is something that should
be enforced, and justice is
something everyone should live
by I hope I can live to see the
day where hate crimes by the
police and by the people who
are racist stops, I wouldnt want
to put my own kids in this
terrible world, that is ran by a
corrupt government

This is a problem because

children are growing up
learning to hate the police
officers instead of feeling safe
around them and that is a big
issue that needs to be solved

Police brutality is a huge

problem because every month
it is the same thing, another
unarmed African American
killed by police and what
changes? Nothing no justice is
being served and that is why
nothing is changing because
the police are not fearing
consequences

What can we do to solve

this issue?

Better training for

officers would help this
cause
Another option would be
getting rid of guns
completely
Body cameras for all
police officers in our
nation
Public should be allowed
to see all videos when an
incident occurs
Community outreach by
police
App that empowers the
citizens to hold the police
accountable
