    Appendix 1
    MEP model Elements General Requirements
    1 Check against latest Architectural drawing/ sketch issued.
    2 Check against latest Working drawing.
    3 Services routing are align to Buildding Grid Line.All Elements are parallel/Perpendicular to Grid wherever is possible.
    4 MEP Element location (Offset ) are at proper level. ( eg. 2851,2902, etc.)
    5 Pipe with gradients are need to model correct slope. ( 1:100,1:80, etc .)
    6 Check and correct for unnecessary sloping Elements. ( eg. Duct Start offset = 2901.55 and Duct End offset =2901.45)
    7 Insulation for Pipe and Duct are need to model.
    8 Internal insulation ( lining) for duct are need to model, and duct size tag with free size.
    9 Fire Rated box need to model.
    10 All warning are reviewed and need to resolved.
    11 Check connectivity of Elements.
    12 Duct/Pipe/Cable Tray Fitting with correct/Standard angle,bending radius.
