Appendix 1 MEP model Elements General Requirements 1 Check against latest Architectural drawing/ sketch issued. 2 Check against latest Working drawing. 3 Services routing are align to Buildding Grid Line.All Elements are parallel/Perpendicular to Grid wherever is possible. 4 MEP Element location (Offset ) are at proper level. ( eg. 2851,2902, etc.) 5 Pipe with gradients are need to model correct slope. ( 1:100,1:80, etc .) 6 Check and correct for unnecessary sloping Elements. ( eg.
