Description:

I personally interviewed Mr. Pestolski and had a really good time

discussing the changes in Allegany County. Mr. Pestolski and I
had previously worked together and had visited homes in the
Braddock/Allegany School district. We discussed how although
more agencies and programs are involved with helping our
students, families still suffer with regard to poverty, low socio
economic status, and lack of opportunity in the home.

Reflection:
Because I had previous written the School Improvement Plan at
Braddock Middle School for three consecutive years, I was
knowledgeable of what we were expected to do. However, I was
surprised at how much faster we were able to examine the data
by utilizing technology.
