Prepositions words: under,

behind, in front of, in and on.
Introduction activity:
Let each group match the picture of the
preposition to the word, students will also
match the numbers to the number words.
Revise the unit vocabulary by using the drilling
method.

Give each student a work sheet which

includes the actions that have been
taught, number words and prepositions.
- Start the listening activity and ask the
children to circle the correct word. This
will help to check students
understanding.
- Then let the students page the question
page 85 in their work books which is
about the prepositions.
Assessment:
Assessing students listening skills and their
identifications to the unit vocabulary.

Plenary:
Check students answers on the board.

Week 3 lesson 2

Reflection:
After assessing students worksheets I have come to notice that there is a big
difference between the first time that I have assessed their listening skills and
now. I have improved the way that I read the passage because I made sure to
pronounce the words more clearly. On the other hand some girls still couldnt
identify and link the words that they wear hearing to the text which means that

they will not be able to read or write the words and if they read the word when
trying to decode the letters they might not understand the meaning.
Next lessons goals:
Reinforcing the vocabulary that have been learned by displaying pictures and
showing videos
