People nowadays are too much into food that we come up with many different kinds of it

as time flies. We tend to eat anything that is presented to us, not thinking about our own
nutrition. People these days are like scientists who make it a hobby to make an
experiment on foods. Some dont mind on what food they take in to their body as long
as it satisfies their taste buds. This increases the risk for food poisoning in the society,
not to mention the poorly managed food businesses that operate worldwide.

the different departments in our community. Both the business operators and
government agencies should be knowledgeable and responsible of their professions.
Article VIII of the same law describes the policies on official controls which are
established to verify compliance with food laws and regulations and shall be prepared
by each agency. Here includes the traceability, licensing, registration of establishments,
inspection of food business operators, and food testing laboratories.

and other instructional/educational activities shall be regularly provided to food business
operators, food handlers and to government personnel. A consumer education program
