COMPROMISE AGREEMENT

I, Manuelito A. Bonilla of legal age with permanent address at Unit B Padua Townhouse
Aquarius St., Pamplona 2 Las Pinas City availed a loan from Easycash Lending Co., Inc.
(Easycash) in July 21,2014 which loan was under PN SML-0082-N. That, I would like to
participate in the Loan Settlement Program of Easycash in order for me to fully settle my
accounts with the company.
1. That, as per the latest Statement of Account which I received on August 17,2015, my total
outstanding due escalates to P188,548.39 inclusive of penalties, interest and charges as at
August 20,2015;
2. That, I would like to appeal under the Compromised Agreement of the company to pay the
total amount of P 270,000.00 only payable in 18 months in equal amortization of P15,000.00
on or before the 20th of the month commencing in August 2015 to January 2017;
3. That, I am going to make my payments by depositing the same to the savings account of
Jocelyn Aborque Bonilla with account number 8339-2851-88 under Bank of Philippine Islands;
4. That, if I failed to pay in full any of the expected total monthly payment, my loan obligation
will revert back to P270,000.00 plus additional charges on interests due;
5. That, in the event of non-payment of the total monthly due, this will render the entire unpaid
balance due and demandable and shall warrant the filing of collection case against me in
court.

IN WITNESS HEREOF, I voluntarily agreed to the above stipulations and sign this
Agreement on ______________________ at Manila, Philippines.
