STEP 1:

Go to https://www.nagaland.gov.in//portal ( Make sure it is https )

STEP 2:
Register a new user if user does not already exist

STEP 3:
Login to the portal using your userid and password

STEP 4:

STEP 5:
Select type of scholarship application under Directorate of Higher Education

STEP 6:
Accept terms and conditions and click on Apply online. Also Download and print
and fill in information as required in ANNEXURES to be submitted to the department

STEP 7:
Fill in all the relevant Details as required and submit

STEP 8:
After submission check inbox for application details and take a printout of the same
to be submitted to the concerned department.
