PLACEMENT OF COMPANIES IN THE DEFAULTERS' SEGMENT AND

SUSPENSION OF TRADING IN THEIR SHARES
Further to our Notice No.KSE/N-6303 dated November 30, 2015 regarding non-holding of AGMs for two
consecutive years.
It is hereby notified to all concerned that following companies as a consequence of default under clause
5.11.1(b) of the KSE Regulations, will be placed in the Defaulters' Segment and trading in the shares of these
companies will be suspended w.e.f Tuesday, December 8, 2015:

The suspension in trading of shares of the above mentioned Companies shall take effect in exercise of the
powers vested in the Exchange under Sub-Section (7) of Section 19 of the Securities Act, 2015.
The concerned Companies are required to rectify the default(s) within 90 DAYS i.e. upto March 7, 2016. In case
of their failure to rectify the default within specified time, the Exchange shall take further action(s) which may
include delisting of concerned companies in accordance with the KSE Regulations.
The above may be noted for record purposes.
