I worked with my supervisors, Scott Buhrman and Paul Engle on
several discipline matters. I was able to work with both tier 1 and tier 2 behaviors. I worked with students in the aspect of counseling as well as meeting with parents and administration regarding discipline.
I spent two hours observing and working with my supervisors
Principal Paul Engle and AP Scott Buhrman on issues regarding student discipline. I was able to observe their interactions with students as well as parents. I was included in the meetings and spent an hour talking to them regarding the Code of Conduct for the State of Maryland. After the meeting the appropriate school staff was notified of the results arising from the referral. Reflection:
